REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

KC-ToThePoint Academy · academy.kc-tothepoint.com

Version: June 2026

1. Digital products — no physical returns

KC-ToThePoint Academy sells exclusively digital products: online courses, lessons and related digital content. No physical products are involved. This policy governs the conditions for refunds only.

2. Right of withdrawal for digital content (EU Directive 2019/770 / art. 6:230oa Dutch Civil Code)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content and digital services.

The right of withdrawal expires if:

  • you have given your express consent to begin performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
  • you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

KC-ToThePoint Academy requests this express consent and acknowledgement with every purchase of digital content. Once you have been granted access to the course and this confirmation has been given, the right of withdrawal expires.

Have you not yet received access to the course and has the 14-day withdrawal period not yet expired? You may withdraw from the purchase by contacting info@kc-tothepoint.com. You will receive a full refund.

3. When do we issue refunds?

Outside the withdrawal period, KC-ToThePoint Academy issues refunds exclusively in the following situations:

Technical problems: If you have been unable to access a course you paid for due to a demonstrable technical error on our part, and we have been unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund or, at your choice, a credit towards another course.

Accidental double purchase: If you have accidentally purchased the same course twice, the second purchase will be fully refunded. Please contact us at info@kc-tothepoint.com with both order confirmations.

4. When do we not issue refunds?

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • You have been granted access to the course and confirmed that you waive your right of withdrawal.
  • You have (partially) completed the course.
  • You disagree with the content, but the course was delivered as described.
  • You have forgotten your login credentials or have not made use of the course.
  • The 14-day withdrawal period has expired without you exercising your right of withdrawal.

5. How to submit a request

Send an email to info@kc-tothepoint.com including:

  • Your name and the email address used to create your account
  • The order number of the relevant purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are processed via Mollie and credited to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days.

6. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how your request has been handled, you may submit a complaint via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
