Why do we process your data?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Performance of contract: <\/strong>processing your order, providing access to purchased courses, issuing certificates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal obligation: <\/strong>retention of financial records (7 years, in accordance with Dutch tax law).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legitimate interest: <\/strong>website security, fraud prevention, technical management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consent: <\/strong>when you subscribe to our newsletter (separate opt-in required).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>4. How long do we retain your data?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Account data: for as long as your account is active, plus a maximum of 2 years after inactivity.<\/li>\n<li>Financial records: 7 years (statutory retention obligation).<\/li>\n<li>Course progress and certificates: for as long as your account is active.<\/li>\n<li>Technical logs: maximum 90 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>5. Third parties<\/h2>\n<p>We use the following external service providers who may process personal data on behalf of KC-ToThePoint:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mollie Payments B.V. \u2014 payment processing (GDPR-compliant, based in the Netherlands)<\/li>\n<li>WP Engine \/ hosting provider \u2014 server hosting and storage<\/li>\n<li>LearnDash \u2014 learning management system (LMS), part of WordPress<\/li>\n<li>WPML \u2014 multilingual website infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Data processing agreements have been concluded with all processors, or standard contractual clauses apply. We do not sell your data to third parties.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>6. Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>You have the following rights under the GDPR:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Right of access to your personal data<\/li>\n<li>Right to rectification of inaccurate data<\/li>\n<li>Right to erasure (&#8216;right to be forgotten&#8217;)<\/li>\n<li>Right to restriction of processing<\/li>\n<li>Right to data portability<\/li>\n<li>Right to object to processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can exercise your rights by sending an email to info@kc-tothepoint.com.
